What do we do?

Our service is built around comprehensive financial planning and sound investment principles. By exploring your goals and objectives we can tailor a financial strategy specific to your needs.

What is the cost of the initial meeting?

The initial consultation to understand your objectives and how you wish to work with is at our cost.

Are your staff appropriately qualified?

Advisers all hold the FCA SPS (Statement of Professional Standing) and recognised diploma qualification in financial advice.

What mortgages can you offer me?

We have access to a comprehensive range of mortgages from a panel of 50 lenders, including buy to let mortgages. We can also introduce you to specialists for secured second charge and commercial mortgages. Commercial mortgages and some buy to let are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Can you advise me on a personal pension plan?

Yes, be it regular or lump sum pension.

Do you offer Individual Savings Accounts (ISAs)?

Yes, we do offer investment ISA accounts. The ISA allowance for tax year 2018/19 tax year is £20,000.

What protection / life cover do you provide?

We can protect your family, lifestyle and liabilities against death/diagnosis of a critical illness and loss of income.

Do you offer will writing and Power of Attorneys?

Yes. Will Writing & Power of Attorney’s are not part of the Openwork offering and offered in our right. Openwork accepts no responsibility for this aspect of our business. Will Writing & Power of Attorney are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Is my money safe?

Prior to any investment we assess your attitude to financial risk before recommending any solution.

The value of investments and any income from them can fall as well as rise and you may not get back the original amount invested.

What annuities do you offer?

Unit linked/Guaranteed/Enhanced and paired life/Drawdown options.

What is the minimum timeframe I can invest for?

There is no minimum timeframe but investments should be considered as a medium to long term plan.

What is the minimum I can invest?

For regular contributions it is £100 per month and for a lump sum payment it is £1000.

Are you an independent financial adviser practice?

No, we are multi-tied appointed representatives of Openwork. Openwork is a well-established financial services distribution company supporting hundreds of firms, like ours, across the UK.

What are your opening times?

We are open Monday to Friday 9am til 5pm. Evening appointments by arrangement.
